Whether the public QR pages offer each ad's video. Turn it off during a flood of traffic (a DDoS attack, or a crowd bigger than the server's connection): the pages then show each ad's static thumbnail with nothing to play, and the server refuses video requests at once. It stays off, through restarts too, until you turn it back on.

Invoices
Each ad is invoiced the day after its month ends, or the day after its campaign ends if that comes first, for the airtime that aired. It stays due on the customer's dashboard until you mark it paid here.
